Repls have a “made with replit” badge.

Repls made with HTML, CSS, JS will by default have a “made with replit badge. What do you all think of this?

AFAIK, that’s old news, and the badge isn’t hard to remove or customize.

You can (and should tbh) delete that

This has existed for the entire time I’ve been on Replit (almost a year now). They did redo it so now it’s black not blue by default.

I don’t find any use with the badge, so I just delete it.

But one good thing is that once upon a time, I decided to look at the source code and because of it, I was able to make a badge that says ‘Made by SnakeByte’ that appears just like this one on my repls with webview.

(Fun fact: I only have 2 python repls, the rest are HTML/node)

I literally noticed that bookie was staff yesterday :skull: they’re still a pretty nice person.

Yeah bookie0 is very nice.

I instantly delete it, it makes websites look cheap and unprofessional in my opinion, tbh it is nice to have in there sometimes though

It’s nice for sites you want it related with Replit.

how? Do you have to tweak the hidden code?
Sorry for necroposting

which are no sites. Remember, riju.codes and Replit’s lawyers?

Just go to the URL and then modify the JS… In fact its not hard to do I could do custom made badges.

For removal, drop the code. For customization, I was thinking of the color thing.
